5 Steps to Speed-Up your PC

1. Type “msconfig” in Run command (to open run command, press Windows key + R) without double quotes and press enter

a. In boot tab,

– goto Advanced and set Number of processors to maximum

– Timeout settings to 3

b. In Services tab,

– Uncheck all the services which are unnecessary

c. In Startup tab,

– Uncheck all the start-up programs which are not unnecessary

2. Type “%temp%” in run command and then press enter

– Delete all the files in the folder



3. Type “prefetch” in run command and then press enter

– Delete all the files in the folder

4. Disabling the features which are unnecessary

– In start menu, type “windows features”

– From that window, uncheck games and tablet PC components



5. Type “regedit” in run command and press enter

– Then navigate to,

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Current Control Set\

Control\Session Manager\Memory Management\Prefetch Parameters

– Open “Enable super fetch” and modify the value into 0

After all this process, restart the system….
